Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund.

Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition.
- New Only: Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Used Items: Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.

Defective vs. Non-Defective Returns
- Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement.
- Non-Defective Products: We accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., change of mind) as long as the item is in New/Unopened condition.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Method & Shipping
- Method: All returns must be returned via drop-off at a carrier location.

Return Shipping Costs:
- For Defective/Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For Customer Remorse (Non-Defective): The customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your Order Number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
