Why Peptides Require Specialized Protection

CryoBuffer™ is a cold-condition liquid matrix designed to support peptide stability at 0–4°C. It includes:

  • Precision buffering agents to maintain ideal pH balance
  • Trehalose — a naturally derived sugar that helps shield peptide structure and reduce aggregation
  • Balanced isotonic salts aligned with physiological conditions
  • Trace stabilizing components that help minimize oxidative stress

This balanced environment supports clarity, structural integrity, and cold-storage stability.

Cryogenic Microfiltration

Beyond formulation, our process incorporates cold-state purification to further protect molecular structure. Unlike conventional filtration, this method:

  • Operates continuously at 0–4°C to slow natural degradation
  • Uses depth filtration to remove aggregates without stressing the peptide
  • Maintains continuous pH and balance monitoring
  • Uses oxygen-reduced environments to limit oxidation
  • Finishes with sterile fine filtration prior to vial filling

Optional freeze-drying (lyophilization) may be used to extend dry-form stability before reconstitution.
